Although our honey varies in flavor based on the season it's harvested in, and the year, Messner Bee Farm honey is generally dark, nutty and complex.
Ingredients: Pure Raw Honey
Raw honey will crystallize sooner than pasteurized honey. This doesn't affect the flavor, safety, or health benefits -- it's perfectly good to eat once it gets crunchy. If you don't like the texture, simply put it in a barely-simmering water bath until the crystals melt.
Packaged in a 9 oz squeezable bottle.
